A Few Things To Make Your Vacation More Fun....
Pool and spa heat is not included in the nightly rates. There is an additonal fee of $50 per night to heat the pool and spa. Or $500 per month base on the length of your stay. If you decide to pay for pool/spa heat it must be for the entire stay.
We provide an XL Smokeless Indoor Grill. You can check out You Tube for some great recipes you can make with this grill.
There will be a $500 charge if the smell of smoke or evidence of smoke is in the villa upon check out including E-cigaretts. Absouletly no smoking allowed in this pool villa. Smoking can be done anywhere outside as long as all exterior doors are closed. We provide ash trays in our poo area.
Additionally cleaning fees apply if the villa is left excessively dirty or with excessive garbage.
We provide a starter kit of toiletries to help you get your vacation to a great start. Our starter kit inlcudes garbage bag, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap, coffee, etc.
We ask that you clean the barbecue grill after each use. An additional cleaning fee will of $50 be charged if the grill is returned to us uncleaned. Charcoals should NOT be used on the gas propane grill. Please follow all guidelines in using a propane gas grill. Homeowner does not take any responsibility if the propane gas grill is used incorrectly. Each guest will use the grill at their own risk. We recommend that you do not use the propane gas grill if you have no experience in using one.
There is a locked closet under the stairs for owner's use. Guest does not have access to this closet. However there are lots of other closets throughout the home.
“We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording. There is one in the front of the home and one in the back. One is located in the front of the property to monitor exterior activity in the front of the home and one located in the back exterior to monitor any activity in the exterior back of the property. None of our cameras are facing in the interior of the home in any way. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early .
termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
Our pool/spa are outdoor and is cleaned each week. We do our best to keep it free from leaves and debris but sometimes and especially on windy days there may be leaves or debris in the pool. We have provided a portable skimmer for you to remove any of these should you encounter any.
We offer complimentary wifi. There are times when our wifi carrier goes down due to no fault of ours. This happens very rarely but it can happen which may cause wifi interuption during your stay.
Our AC system is energy efficient and will turn off if any exteiror doors or door leading to the game room is open for more than 5 minutes. It will come back on once doors are closed. So if you prefer to experience fresh air from the outdoors then you can leave the sliding doors open but if you prefer AC air then you would need to keep the exterior doors close and doors leading to game room.
No overnight street parking allowed. Our driveway fits 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is allowed by the clubhouse parking lot.
Pets Restrictions.....
We allow pets up to 30 pounds either dog or cat, subject to the home owners approval. We will need vacine status and you will need to read and accept our pet policies.. Pets are not allowed in the beds or on couches or chairs unless you bring your own blankets and sheets to spread over these items before the pet goes on them. There is pet deposit of $200 plus $30 per day per pet. Limit 2 pets per household. Pets should not be left alone in the home unless in a crate. Fees may apply if there is excessive shedding or anything chewed or destroyed by your pet.
We accept Service Animals as required by Law.
It is our pleasure to accept your group and your service dog. Please let us know the following before checking in if you are travelling with a Service Dog legally allowed by the ADA .
1. Is the dog a service amimal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task had the dog being trained to perform and will the dog be left in the home by itself at anytime during your stay?
We do not charge extra for a service dog, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for all and any damages caused by people or dog .
Under the ADA , service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal's work or individual's disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control of the handler at all times therefore never left alone in the home.
If we discover that a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal. we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to the government authorities and evict the guest (s) without fruther notice. In the latter case there will be no right to a refund or unused rent.
In 2022, both Airbnb and Airlines no longer treat Emotional Support Animals as Service Animals. If you have a ESA, please fliter search for pet friendly properties only. Our home will not be a fit for ESA,
We will need a copy of the drivers license of the person making the reservation before check in to satisfy our HOA requirements and a list of all guest over the age of 18 years old.
